Re Jewelry: A Comprehensive Business Plan
Re Jewelry is a vintage-inspired e-commerce concept built around sustainability, storytelling, and style. From AR/AI try-on experiences to influencer partnerships and a loyalty program, the brand was designed to make secondhand jewelry shopping modern, accessible, and exciting, all while backed by market research, financial feasibility, and a scalable business model.
As part of a capstone project, my team and I developed Re Jewelry, a comprehensive e-commerce business plan centered on vintage and secondhand jewelry. The goal was to design a brand that combined sustainability, storytelling, and modern retail innovation, making secondhand shopping feel as stylish and accessible as new luxury jewelry. We approached the project as a startup launch, moving from concept to go-to-market strategy .
Our process included market research, consumer trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify unmet needs and opportunities in the resale jewelry space. From there, we created a detailed plan that spanned brand identity, product marketing, influencer partnerships, AR/AI try-on technology, and a customer loyalty program. We also built out the operational side, including supply chain logistics, e-commerce platforms, and a financial feasibility model to ensure the business could scale sustainably.
The project culminated in a professional business plan and presentation that blended data-driven insights with creative vision. Re Jewelry demonstrated our team’s ability to integrate design thinking, strategic marketing, and financial planning into a cohesive brand launch strategy. It also highlighted my strengths in bridging creativity and analytics to build businesses that resonate with consumers and drive measurable growth.
